Policies and Procedures

Multiple Stops: We have a flat rate for all rides. Additional stops will be calculated at a rate of $10.00 per stop on route, $25 if off route.

Waiting Time: We arrive 15-minutes early, we will then wait an additional grace period. Waiting charges will be calculated at a rate of $10.00 per 15 minutes for all rides other than airport pickup.

Flight Arrivals: We will monitor your flight arrival time. Your chauffeur will be waiting for you at the limousine stand area of your terminal, or ageed on designated area. If your flight is cancelled or a major delay should occur, please reach out or we will also contact you.

Cancellations: Limousine and Executive SUVs Cancellations must be made 24 Hours in advance. Bus and Trolly Cancellations must be 60 Days in advance. All other cancellations will not be refunded the deposit.

No Show Policy: Please contact us immediately if you are unable to locate us at your designated pickup area. If you do not call and take another form of transportation, the full charge for the trip (including gratuity) will be charged to your account.

Gratuity: 20% Gratuity Additional

Miscellaneous Charges: Tolls, and parking fees are additional fees in addition to the flat rate.
